Moments of bliss.
Watch with glittery eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. – Roald Dahl
Today I experienced one of those moments of overwhelming happiness, they come along out of no where and suddenly you can’t wipe the smile off your face. I was driving the long way home along the back road that winds through the countryside, Shania Twain ‘man I feel like a woman’ blaring with my little man in the back giggling at me singing at the top of my lungs, we were both waving our hands in the air and bobbing our heads from side to side in unison. The sun was shining and the windows were down with the crisp winter breeze blowing in, it all just felt so right and my life just seemed wonderful. Shania Twain, she does it every time, her music makes me re-live every one of my most wonderful childhood memories of dancing and singing around the house with my family, and it just felt amazing to re create my favourite memories with my own little boy. These are the moments you couldn’t create intentionally if you tried, they just happen and only come around when you least expect it. Moments of pure bliss.
